MicroHousing

Pre-fabricated micro units are emerging as a paradigm for urban living. Modular construction can be a model of economical and sustainable efficiency, but when taken too far, is often formulaic and banal in its repetition. The proposal for this modular housing envisions a flexible prototype with interiors that bias individual needs from the onset. Further, the prototype is envisioned as part of a larger proposed sustainable development plan for this burgeoning Denver neighborhood. Competition team entry for Zeppelin Development Inc.
