FOUNDER
Educated in the rigorous Beaux-Arts pedagogy, Malaika received a Bachelor in Architecture with honors at the University of Notre Dame. She focused on contemporary architecture while earning a Master in Architecture at Yale University.

Prior to founding her own practice, she was Associate and Director with renown NYC architecture firms for over 20 years on high-end residential, workplace, retail, and academic institutional projects.

Her work is widely published including Architectural Digest and Elle Decor, and has received the Palladio Award and the Hamptons House & Gardens Awards. Her writing has been featured on the Urban Omnibus. She has taught architecture and theory at Parsons, the New School for Design and at Virginia Tech.
